ABOUT S.MOROZOV

Sergey Morozov was born in Krasnodar, Russia on October 8th, 1954.  

He graduated from Kuban State University in 1977, majoring in painting.

 Thereafter, he studied for several years in the Academy of Arts in

St. Petersburg and became a member of the Union of Artists of Russia.

He  was,  also,  under the tutelage of his father-in-law,   Skorikov

Yuri  Ivanovich  (1927-1994), a well-known and distinguished painter,

and a professor in the Academy of Arts of St. Petersburg. Sagey’s work

is oriented towards  classical painting, but he is also interested in

Impressionism. His basic interests are still : life, landscapes and portraits.

He has exhibited  in  several Russian Cities;  among those :

Moscow,  St Petersburg,  Rostov-on-Don,  Nalchik  and, also,  in other

countries,  such as:  England,  Germany,  France,  Belgium,  Italy 

and the USA.

His  works  are  in  private collections in  London,  Florence, 

Paris, Brussels, Dusseldorf, Los Angeles  and San

Francisco.
